Quite A Journey

This business is my passion, my art, and has definitely been quite a journey. I truly believe that the sky is the limit as far as what I can do and be... and love to demonstrate that to my children on a daily basis. I love what I do and am excited where it will take me!

I enjoy constantly meeting new people, overcoming obstacles, and finding solutions to meet my customer's needs. I enjoying seeing the growth in businesses due to the web presence that they now have and advertising that I have done for them. I have designed everything from new products to e-commerce websites to billboards to large car trailers. I love having my work in the public eye.

I truly enjoy exploring all facets of photography. I began this part of my journey in part due to the disappointment I felt while taking my own children for portraits. I always felt rushed and lacked a true connection with my photographer. The results that I got were usually less than desired and hardly exciting. I knew it could be done better and wanted to offer a truly family friendly studio. I love taking my passion for pregnancy, newborns, children, family, and animals and combining it with my passion for creativity to give a product that can be enjoyed for generations to come. I also love capturing the fun, spontaneous, attractive side of people that they often underestimate in themselves.

I have since studied under some of the best photographers in the country including Sam Hassas from California, Melanie and Jeff Mansfield from North Carolina, Tony and Amy Hoffer from Pennsylvania, and Evan Baines from Tennessee. The time I have spent with these photographers has been pivotal in my career and brought my photography to a whole new level!

IMD has definitely grown since is small beginnings in 2004 and now includes a team of amazing designers, SEO specialists, photographers, sales, and marketing gurus! I am very proud of them all and we are always looking for new ways to take things to the next level... stay tuned!!
